ASAP Cocktail Station
Those who fail to plan, plan to freak out when their guests arrive, so don’t do that! It seriously takes five minutes to create a cocktail station with all the essentials:
Pretty linen napkins. (I’m partial to these personalized ones from House of Gleason & Half Past Seven’s cheeky embroidery.)
A silver or rattan tray for keeping your tools tidy.
The essential tools of bartending: shaker, jigger, cutting board & paring knife. (Umami Mart makes the very best.)
A pretty bowl of citrus for squeezes & garnishes.
Fresh herbs for garnish. (I love adding a rosemary sprig to a G&T or Moscow Mule!)
A few bottles of commonly-used spirits (think vodka, gin, tequila) to have at the ready.
Chilled tonic & club soda.
Now toss some salty snacks in a cute bowl & congratulate yourself, because you are officially ready to party. I told you it would be quick!
